Three possible cases:
1- You paid by bank transfer
If you have not clicked on "I confirm my payment" the transaction has not been recorded in your space.
No worries. Send us a message using the form below by sending:
a- your My Lovely Planet account email
b- a copy of the bank confirmation of the transfer
2- You paid
by crypto (USDT, ETH, BNB) manually from your Wallet
2A- If you have not correctly completed all the information during your purchase, the transaction has not been fully recorded in your space.
You can go to the “My Transactions” tab and add the Transaction Hash or Transaction ID to your payment. We will then be able to find and validate your payment using this Transaction Hash. The TxHash or TxID can be found on your Wallet by going to the details of the payment you made
2B- you paid in Crypto but you did not click on “I confirm my payment”: the transaction was not recorded in your space (it will be in "Refused" status)
Don't worry.
Send us a message using the form below by sending:
a- your My Lovely Planet account email
b- The hash of the transaction. The TxHash or TxID can be found on your Wallet by going to the details of the payment you made
c - The public address of your Wallet used to make the payment. This public address must be the one you provided during checkout. If you have not provided this, we may not be able to trace your payment.
d - The payment amount and the crypto used (if possible, you can also specify the blockchain in the case of payment in USDT)
e - if you know about it, the best way is to send us directly the link to your payment on "scan" sites (if you don't know, send only the 4 points above)
3- Other means of payment (Credit or Debit Card)
Your payment was probably refused by the bank (we cannot control this aspect). So that we can check it, send us a message using the form below by sending your My Lovely Planet account email:
