ENCOUNTERING A BUG/PROBLEM during your wallet connection?
We are sorry that you encounter an issue during your Wallet Connexion process.
Which of these bugs are you facing?
1. BUG identified "black screen": are you experiencing a black screen when entering your code?
Unfortunately, you will have to retry the Wallet connection process with another browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox depending on the initial browser). This should solve the issue!
OTHER BUGS, generic solutions:
1st solution: did you pay attention to doing your process on a computer or Mac? It will not work if you are on a mobile phone or tablet.
2nd solution: you may have a local issue on your current explorer (for example if you use Chrome). Most of the time, it will solve the problem if you try again the process of wallet connection with another explorer, like Edge or Firefox.
